Sure, body recomposition (that stuff I described earlier) is part of it, but a full-body transformation requires going a little bit deeper than that. It requires getting, well, personal.
You know. With a personal trainer.
That’s where I come in.

So here’s what I’ve got to offer:

You and I sit down to determine the best resistance training program for YOU. We discuss health, family history, goals, routines, and obstacles. Then we do a quick skills check before I scurry away to build you a bespoke, easy-to-follow program.
This includes one month of adjustments to the program, as well as help from me at any time.

In addition to the resistance training program build, we go into more detail on how best to fuel your body as you start your new routine.

Total varies, $75/session
You and I set a schedule for a strength training regimen, and then we meet for about an hour each session. Whether you come to me or I come to you, I program the workouts and help you execute them, including form adjustments, choosing the right weight, and monitoring pace.
If you hit the twelve session mark (so, 3x per week), I knock one session off the price.

Total varies, $50/session
You and I set a schedule for a strength training regimen, and then we meet via video chat for about an hour each session. I plan the workout and walk you through it live, including adjusting form, helping you pick the right weight, and monitoring pace.
Great if we’re in different cities, or you travel often.

For existing clients only
$100/month
Once we’re past the first month, you can subscribe and keep me on retainer! This subscription includes one large program update at the start of the month to reflect your progress and interests, plus my availability to answer any questions you might have and/or make small adjustments.

$90 in person, $65 virtual
Maybe you just want to see if training is for you, or maybe you need help with one specific thing. Either way, I’ve got you.
You and I meet for one session, either in person or via video chat, and I guide you through a workout (or movement pattern, or whatever it is you need) including form adjustments, helping you choose the right weight, and monitoring pacing.
